Bún riêu is a Vietnamese meat rice vermicelli soup. I don’t like it! I know, that’s not a really good way to start a somewhat food blog or something. But the picture looks good doesn’t it? =P So, Bún riêu. The way my mom makes it includes tomatoes, crab paste (includes crab, shrimp, and maybe a bit of pork paste, I don’t really know) and a variety of other vegetables. The soup can range from mild to spicy depending on the person, if they can handle spicy or not. And of course, rice vermicelli. There’s other ingredients such as fried tofu, congealed pig’s blood, liver, etc. Ingredients all depend on the person. Where you can find this dish? Possibly any Vietnamese restaurant that sells noodles. Honesty, you guys should at least try to see if you like it or not. That’s what’s life is for! Trying new things! 17 notes
